RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre 

RAI Amsterdam is located only 15 minutes from Schiphol International Airport, but nevertheless at a short distance from the city centre of Amsterdam. RAI can be easily reached by train, metro, taxi and car from the greater Amsterdam area as well as from all major hotels.

To make the show floor easy to navigate, PLMA has divided the halls of RAI Amsterdam into 9 Food halls and 5 Non-Food halls. Halls 1-8 and 14 are devoted to all types of food, snacks and beverages while Halls 8-12 present health and beauty, household and kitchen, DIY, and personal and leisure products. There are more than 40 catering facilities throughout the halls and entrance areas, providing a wide array of cuisines and dishes. The main food court of the show, Park Restaurant, is located between Halls 4 and 8. The 12 main catering locations have been marked with a fork & knife symbol on this floor plan.

The RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre is accessible for people with disabilities. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed on the show floor. No pets are permitted at any time.

RAI Hotel Services

The official hotel booking agent of PLMA’s World of Private Label International Trade Show is RAI Hotel Services (RHS). It is the largest accommodation broker in Amsterdam and the surrounding areas and books between 120,000 and 150,000 overnight stays for conferences, trade fairs and other events each year.

For the duration of each World of Private Label International Trade Show, RAI Hotel Services secures room allotments in over 70 hotels at convenient rates. Hotel reservations can be made online, all exhibitors and visitors receive reservation details upon confirmation of their registration.
