Nyenrode University
All classes for PLMA’s Executive Education Programme will take place in the “Dr. Albert Heijn Building” of Nyenrode Business Universiteit. The campus on the Nyenrode estate is located in Breukelen along the River Vecht. Breukelen lies at a distance of 22 km south-east of Amsterdam, only 30 minutes from Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam centre. The parkland of the campus measures about 140 acres, including a 13-century castle, making teh location an enjoyable place for the programme.
Founded in 1946, it is the only private university in the Netherlands, distinguished by its strong reputation in the field of management programmes. Today, the university aims to achieve a course structure in which the transfer of knowledge, education, development of one’s own initiative and imagination are carefully combined and balanced.
Hotel Breukelen
Host hotel for the programme is Hotel Breukelen, approximately 10 minutes away from the University Campus. The hotel is centrally located in the green heart of The Netherlands, very close to Utrecht city centre and to the main A2 highway linking Utrecht with Amsterdam. The hotel is only a few minutes drive away from the univeristy. A shuttle bus operates between the hotel and the university during the programme.
