Sanne Dollerup is an experienced business researcher and lecturer at the Customer Type Training Program. She is responsible for categorizing cases, identifying trends and delivering lectures. Sanne has a master's degree in communication and has written her PhD thesis about Emotional Customer Types, next to running her own agency. For the past 10 years, she has worked to develop and trademark the segmentation tool and build the Customer Type Education.

Kundetyper (The Institute for Customer Types) developed the segmentation tool: “Emotional Customer Types®” for marketing professionals. It is a scientific and practical model for understanding purchasing behavior. In contrast to traditional segmentation methods, where customers are typically divided by age, gender, income, geography, marital status, and the like, emotional customer types are built on a solid foundation of psychology, market studies, empirical studies, communication theories, neuroscience, etc. and focus on what makes customers want to make a purchase on an emotional level.
