Promotional Opportunities

All PLMA exhibitors receive a free listing in the online Show Preview, the Show Navigator and in the Official Trade Show Catalogue, including company name, address, telephone number, e-mail, website, product lines and two company contact names. In addition, PLMA exhibitors can take advantage of the following special opportunities to promote their company and products.

New Product Expo

Exhibitors can submit their new products for promotion and display in PLMA's New Product Expo at the show. Products selected will be displayed in showcases in a central location during trade show hours and can be viewed by all visitors and exhibitors. Selection is based on the level of innovation of the product submitted.


Exhibitors can turn the spotlight on their companies and products by advertising in the online Show Preview, in the Show Navigator and in the Official Trade Show Catalogue, which is distributed to the show’s visitors and is used as a desk reference throughout the year.

Trade Show Invitations

Exhibitors receive a set of special invitations to send to prospective and current business partners for meetings at the show. The special invitation entitles the exhibitor’s client to a free entrance badge for one of the two show days. Invite registration is operated online.

Buyers List

Thirty days prior to the show, exhibitors receive the preliminary list of registered retail and wholesale companies. This list can be used to set up appointments with buyers in advance. Exhibitors also receive an updated buyers list upon arrival at the show. This updated list can be used for post-show promotion and sales follow-up.
