How many exhibitors will there be?
There will be nearly 2,500 exhibiting companies from 70 countries, including 60 national and regional pavilions.

What products are presented at the show?
The 2017 show will present 1800 food exhibitors and nearly 700 non-food exhibitors, divided over 14 halls. Exhibitors are identified by nearly 300 different product categories, a short overview can be found below.

- Food: Fresh, frozen and refrigerated foods, beverages and dry grocery
- Non-Food: Cosmetics, health & beauty, household, kitchen and housewares

How many visitors will there be?
More than 13,000 trade visitors and over 11,000 exhibitor personnel from 115 countries are expected this year.

Can you send me an (extra) invitation code?
All timely registered exhibitors received invitation codes. Please ask one of your exhibiting partners to provide you with a code and keep in mind that the registration deadline is 4 May.

How do I get access to the exhibitor list?
All pre-registered visitors receive access to the online Show Preview 30 days prior to the show.

Where can I buy the catalogue?
PLMA’s Official Trade Show Catalogue is only available to attendees of the “World of Private Label” International Trade Show. The Catalogue is only distributed at the show, neither before nor after.

How do I get there?
The RAI Exhibition Centre is located 15 minutes from Schiphol International Airport and is easily reached by car, train, metro, tram and taxi. Click here for details. Train tickets to Schiphol Airport and public transport tickets for the city of Amsterdam can be purchased at the triangular RAI Information desks in the entrance lobbies of the Holland and Europa Complex.

Where can I park my car during trade show days?
Follow the road signs from the A10 Amsterdam Ring. Depending on parking space availability, you will be directed to RAI parkings P1/2/3 (vertical clearance 1.90 m), P4 (vertical clearance 2.70 m) or to external RAI parking sites that all have a direct and complimentary shuttle service to and from the RAI Exhibition Centre. Fixed parking fee of EUR 18.00 per 24 hours.

Electric cars: There are 20 charging points for electric cars in P1 and 20 points in P4. Charging costs € 0.24 per kW plus the fee for use of the garage. Charging points cannot be reserved.

Does the RAI Exhibition Centre have Wi-Fi?
RAI offers paid Wi-Fi to all attendees at Euro 4,00 per device per day. Just connect to the ‘PLMA2017’ network, enter ‘plma2017’, open your browser and click on ‘Paid Internet Access’.

Is the RAI Exhibition Centre wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the RAI Exhibition Centre is wheelchair and disabled accessible.
Scoot mobiles and wheelchairs can be reserved at the RAI. Please send an e-mail with your request to frontoffice@rai.nl.

Is the “World of Private Label” Trade show open to consumers? Is there a minimum age?
PLMA's "World of Private Label" International Trade Show is open to trade professionals only. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed on the show floor.

Can I bring my dog?
Animals are prohibited except for guide dogs and companion dogs for disabled visitors. Pets are not permitted at any time.

Where can I book my hotel?
RAI Hotel Services (RHS) offers accommodation in over 50 hotels at convenient rates. Click here for access to RHS’ online reservation site.
