PLMA can help you meet the buyers that want to meet you. At the Shanghai Private Label Fair, presented by PLMA and the Shanghai International Sourcing Promotion Center. Now in its fourth year, the Shanghai Fair serves all of China's retail market: supermarkets, drug chains, convenience stores, wholesalers, trading companies and distributors. Here is the fair at a glance.


The 2013 Shanghai Private Label Fair will be held at the new Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Center of International Sourcing, Zhongjiang Road, Changfeng Eco-Business Zone, Shanghai. Headquarters hotel for PLMA will be the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Changfeng Park, which is within walking distance of the exhibition centre.

All stand assignments are based on a first-come, first-served basis in order of receipt of application with payment, product eligibility and availability of space. The show floor will be divided into separate food and non-food sections.

Single and multiple-unit stands are available. Each unit measures 3m x 3m and includes system side and back walls, a system fascia with an exhibitor and product reference in Chinese and English, a meeting table, a lockable display cabinet, three chairs, two spotlights and one basic power supply socket. Additional furniture and equipment can be rented from the official show contractor.

Exhibitors in the Shanghai Private Label Fair receive a free listing in the Official Catalogue. The listing includes company name, address, telephone and fax number, e-mail, website, company introduction, product lines and an exhibitor contact. Product descriptions are published in Chinese and English. Advertising space is available for exhibitors who wish to highlight and promote their stand location or products.

PLMA will conduct a special market briefing and store tour for U.S. and international exhibitors prior to the commencement of the show.

Exhibitors will receive a preliminary list of registered retailers and wholesalers approximately 21 days prior to the show.
